Air Drawn Dagger Talk Dagglines 2, Aldi Endorsement & Own Festival at Tramlines Fringe

Did you know Sheffield trio Air Drawn Dagger have their own mini event? Now you do. Dagglines was created by the band 2 years to showcase upcoming bands, the day event was born and made it debut on the weekend of Tramlines Festival as part of the fringe event that takes part around the city centre, most of which is all free of charge and available to anyone who isn’t fully keen on the festival itself or just prefer to support smaller bands in smaller spaces.

Last year the band celebrated the release of their debut album A Guide For Apparitions with a big boy hometown show before heading out to play some major festivals including Radar and the small matter of Glastonbury. Now with another single under their belt they are back for Dagglines 2 with another major bill.

I sat down with singer Maisie and guitarist Lewis to have a little chat about the event itself and a whole lot of random things that includes their very own on the spot jingle and a Christmas song wish.
