Nothing More Leave Nothing Left In St.Pete!
January 20th, 2026 - St.Petersberg, Florida
Traffic getting into St. Petersburg unfortunately meant missing Doobie’s opening set — a frustrating start to the night, especially given his reputation for bringing high-energy charisma and crowd interaction. Judging by the buzz in the venue afterward, he set things off strong, making the late arrival sting just a bit more. Still, once inside Jannus Live, the momentum of the evening quickly took over.
Archers were the first band I caught, and they wasted no time setting the tone. Their set leaned into the emotional grit they’re known for, with tracks like “Bitter,” “Composure,” and “Say This Sober” landing heavy and honest. Even for early-in-the-night energy, the crowd was locked in, and the band’s raw delivery made it clear they weren’t just filler on the bill.
Catch Your Breath followed and kicked the intensity up several notches. Songs like “Dial Tone” and “Savages” had the room moving, blending melody and aggression in a way that felt tailor-made for a live setting. Their performance struck that sweet spot between polished and unhinged—tight instrumentals, massive choruses, and a frontman who knew exactly how to work the crowd without overdoing it.
By the time Nothing More took the stage, the room was primed—and they delivered exactly what you’d hope for from a band at this point in their career. From the opening moments, it was clear this wasn’t just another stop on the tour. Staples like “Jenny,” “Go to War,” and “This Is the Time (Ballast)” hit with full-force emotion, while newer material like “If It Doesn’t Hurt” and “Fade In / Fade Out” showcased how much their sound has evolved without losing its edge.
The band’s connection with the crowd felt genuine, almost cathartic at times, turning the venue into a shared release rather than just a performance. Vocally and instrumentally, Nothing More were locked in—every buildup paid off, every drop landed, and the energy never dipped.
You can catch Nothing More on their U.S leg of the Carnal tour now through the middle of March!
