Hellfest Announce Plans For Mammoth 20th Anniversary in 2027

As the gates of Hell close for 2026, the plans for the festival’s huge 20th anniversary in 2027 are well and truly underway as organisers unveil big news of a change-up for the big birthday bash that will take place on the Hellfest grounds from the 17th to the 20th of June 2027 in its home of Clisson, France.

Less than an hour after The Offspring smashed their huge main stage set, the festival organisers dropped a video over the stage detailing that their 20th year is titled ‘The Absolute Edition’ and will consist of 300 bands and 10 stages, which is 4 more stages than the usual. Main Stage 1 & 2 will remain, of course, with newbies; Riot pairing with Warzone, Crypt pairing with Temple, Forge alongside Alter, and finally Abyss siding with Valley. All of which now leave its dedicated followers eager to find out exactly how next year’s bill will play out as well as wondering where the 4 new stages will pop up.

Each year, Hellfest produces one of the biggest and most talked-about line-ups in Europe, and that exact reason is why the event sells out before a band has even been announced – the loyalty from Hellbangers is unmatched, and you already know this news will continue the sell-out streak with tickets set to go on sale on Tuesday, July 7th.

Now, the countdown is on till we all see what awaits in the pits of Hell.
